Our voice is a powerful tool for healing and reconciliation.
By practicing forgiveness we let go of hurt, anger and resentment. We rebuild our relationships and align ourselves with the healing balms of compassion, empathy and kindness.
Forgiveness is a gift to oneself.
It frees us from the emotional chains that impede personal growth and happiness.
It is a great step towards spiritual freedom and liberation from cycles of suffering.
Through our practices of mantra, prayer and forgiveness, we extend understanding and compassion to ourselves and others, allowing for spiritual evolution and inner transformation.
Join me on this 6-week journey of mantras and sacred chants that will provide you with transformative practices to help you break free from the cycle of suffering, in order to cultivate inner peace and contribute to the creation of a more compassionate and harmonious world.
We will study:

Tara Walsh
Tara is a versatile and accomplished multidisciplinary practitioner whose expertise spans the realms of yoga, meditation, vocal freedom and sacred chanting. Her work draws from a rich tapestry of diverse healing disciplines and spiritual traditions.
Born in London, Tara's journey began with an initial immersion in Iyengar yoga, which led her to become a certified teacher in 2006. Over the years, her exploration has extended into Vipassana meditation, Buddhism, Transpersonal Psychology, Kabbalah, Shamanism and Gnostic Christianity, each bringing a unique facet to her holistic approach.
As a singer and musician, Tara offers a series of transformative experiences. Her group workshops explore the fundamentals of Bhakti yoga, studying the symbolism of mantras, the power of prayer and the creative space of the fifth chakra. These sessions help participants connect with their voice in a more authentic and conscious way, fostering both personal growth and spiritual development.

Yes, of course. You don't need to have prior experience of singing or voice work. In this course we will be using our voice in a variety of ways: spoken word, journalling, singing, intention setting, prayer, and blessings. You will be guided through all of these practices and have PDF's to accompany your journey.
We'll be chanting mantras, singing sacred songs, and practicing vocal techniques to strengthen the voice for around 50% of each session, (more or less).
Tara is not a certified psychotherapist and this does not involve talk therapy. What this work does is offer you therapeutic practices and teachings drawn from multiple spiritual traditions, and used throughout the ages to bring peace, harmony, and balance back into the heart and soul. The practice of Bhakti Yoga is central to this course along with the concept of the voice and throat as a space of power and creation.
If you decide after the first session that this course is not what you were looking for you have 7 days to ask for a refund. At this point 80% of your payment will be refunded. After 7 days from commencement of the course it will not be possible to receive any type of refund.
